Thank you for allowing Origin Food Group the opportunity to respond to the commentary provided within the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Report, conducted July 13 2020. Our response below is regarding the following. In observance of the issues addressed within the inspection report, the following repairs have been made. The EQ basin blower motor is currently at the motor shop getting bearings replaced and will be put back online as soon as it returns. The drive motor for the clarifier has been removed and is also at the motor shop being repaired. The HOA switch at the pump station has been replaced. The light for the visual alarm bulb has been replaced, as well as the sounder for the audible alarm. The divider wall has had bracing and beam welded to it for structural support. Grading on the clarifier has been replaced. Check valve for the aeration basin blower has been repaired. There has been a mailbox installed at the lift station to store the logbook. Two filters and two belts have been replaced — backup pairs of each are being stored as spares at the wastewater plant. Operators have worked quickly and diligently to make these necessary changes. The following errors are being taken seriously by our staff and have been addressed in a thorough and timely matter. It is always the goal of the Origin Food Group Wastewater Treatment Plant to remain in compliance with regulations set forth by the Division of Water Resources. It is our request that our cooperation and action in these matters be taken into account by the Division. Sincerely, Brian Foor Origin Food Group CC: Dennis Murdock, Envirolink Josh Powers, Envirolink
