facility on July 23, 2020, by Mr. Wes Bell of this Office. Please inform the facility's Operator -in -Responsible
Charge (ORC) of our findings by forwarding a copy of the enclosed report.
It is requested that a written response be submitted to this Office by August 21, 2020, detailing the actions
taken to address the maintenance issues noted in the Aeration Basin and Secondary Clarifier Sections in the
