Here is another email I had to send earlier today.This one was sort of a complicated situation, but I spoke with Paul to
find a solution for the applicant.

Hi James,
Before making any changes to your NOI Application I wanted to let you know that I spoke with Paul to get a little more
background about your situation. If you have an existing COC which covers this project site you could follow this link to
make a modification https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Modification. If you plug in your existing COC number at
the top it will pre-populate most of the information for you, and this does not require you to pay the additional NOI
application fee. Or you could continue with filling out a new Construction NOI application, and make the changes I have
suggested below.
Here is a list of sections to be fixed in the NOI Application:
- A 15a&15b. Please use the NC water classifications map to identify the immediate receiving waterbody, and the
waterbody index.
- D3.The approval letter provided was issued by a State DEQ Office.The Raleigh Regional Office
- D8. Please print a fill out the NOI Certification Form
o If you are signing as the authorized responsible person, please put the name of the legally responsible
person on the NOI Certification form.Then sign your name and fill out the line below with your name
and title.
To pre-populate the new NOI, select 'Yes' for the first question and enter NOI number 30054. Contact
