If we could send outgoing mail, I'd send a PC NOV for the two violations of condition A. (2.). If the ARO is sending an
NOV regarding the pH and/or Tox violations, feel free to add on the missing CAP and progress report.

Hi Charles and Derek,
I wasn't sure who to check with so I am emailing both of you.
The subject facility has a Schedule of Compliance Condition in their Permit (A.(2)) to submit Corrective Action Plans (for
Cu). Two should have been received by now, have you seen these? There is nothing in BIMS showing these have been
received. The Condition mention Approval of this CAP?
Also, they failed a Tox test in February. The Permit also has a Condition regarding Tox (A.(3)).
And they've had pH violations in January and February. The Feb DMR states Al may have been issue with Tox and that
there was a Caustic spill that may have been the issue with pH.
I am trying to pull all of the pieces together on this facility before we move forward.
