Hi Ashley,
The Permittee would need to send a request for suspension of DMR submission and visitation requirements to Charles
Weaver in the Central Office. The Permittee needs to request a suspension of monitoring and document how the
discharge was shut down — and the last date of discharge, etc. The suspension has to be approved by Raleigh. ARO will
likely need to do an inspection to verify the system has been shut down properly, i.e. wastewater removed etc.
