I don't know if it's one location or two. Part I. A. 17 describes the monitoring for temperature, but doesn't mention Hardness. The locations 4C and 4D only appear in the effluent table for 003 — they aren't defined anywhere else in the permit. BIMS has been updated as follows: Temperature shall be reported as Downstream for outfall 003 to represent the Afterbay discharge. We have confirmed the requirement to report temperature at 003 and the afterbay effluent and hardness at 003 and 4C4D. That being said the eDMR system will need to be updated to accommodate this reporting. Currently there is only as place to report temperature and hardness for 003, and we need a place to report temperature at the afterbay effluent and hardness at 4C4D.
