This email is in response to the aforementioned NOV for Nature Trail MHC WWTP. During June we
exceeded two daily maximums; BOD and TSS. Both were due by a problem with pumps in the EQ
basin. They were discharging a volume which was disruptive to the clarifier and allowing too much
flow during that period. We corrected the issue and have been compliant since.
