Hi Stephanie,
I wanted to follow up on this, now that I have gotten a chance to look over everything. As I mentioned in a couple of
my previous emails, the corps will not be issuing a permit for this project as they have deemed all the features onsite to
be isolated and therefore not subject to the CWA (see attached email from Andrew w/ AJD & No -permit necessary
letter). For this reason, I was surprised to have received a WQC from you for this project, as I did not think that this
project would need any additional certifications / permits. Can you confirm that this project does not require a WQC
since there are no jurisdictional features? Let me know if there is something that I am missing here.
