The application notes 149' total impacts, but the description describes removal of a 20' culvert, installation of a new 20' culvert plus headwalls (would there be additional impact for these?), and 60' of impact for streambank stabilization. Can you clarify the impact numbers? • The project description notes that you'll use native permanent seeding but Figure 1 notes the use of Tall Fescue and Bermudagrass, both of which are highly invasive — these should not be used in the riparian area. Can you clarify about seeding in the riparian area?
