The wooden retaining wall is in disrepair (missing pieces and rotting). We have been advised to repair the seawall due to land erosion. Residential, undeveloped, etc. 6. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): We want to add boulders across the 130 ft. shoreline to protect it from erosion. 8. There is 1 butterfly bush at the yard's edge. There are 3 trees right on the shore. 2 of them are diseased. We have approval from Duke Power to remove them and replant.
