Head east on 24-27 from Albemarle, NC (toward Troy). Take a right on
Indian Mound Road. Go approximately 3 miles. Take a left on Randalls
Church road. It will dead end onto Randalls Ferry Road. Take a right on
Randalls Ferry Road. 17188 is a blue house on the right.

5. Describe the existing land use or condition of the site at the time of this application:*
The land is a lake lot with a house and dock. The wooden retaining wall is
in disrepair (missing pieces and rotting). We have been advised to repair
the seawall due to land erosion.

We want to add boulders across the 130 ft. shoreline to protect it from
erosion.

The yard is mostly grass(really weeds). There is 1 butterfly bush at the
yard's edge. There are 3 trees right on the shore. 2 of them are diseased.
We have approval from Duke Power to remove them and replant.

We plan to add the boulders along the 130 feet of shoreline. Then we will add a 2 feet mulched area
on the edge of the yard next to the boulders. The boulders will run the length of our shoreline. The
addition of the boulders is shown in the yellow diagram.
