The intent of this project is to remove an existing culvert from Plott Creek and restore the creek to adjacent conditions. This project is located in a residential area.

The intent of this project is to remove an existing culvert from Plott Creek and restore the creek to adjacent conditions.
41. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:*
Culvert will be removed by use of a track hoe. Track hoe will not enter the creek. The majority of the creek bank stabilization will take place prior to removal of the culvert in order to
minimize sediment in the creek. Final tie-in to existing creek bank and stabilization will be the last step of this project.
