The new public sewer will serve a residential project that is anticipated to be built in the future by Habitat for Humanity. The estimated flow from this project at full buildout will be 0 GPD. Flows associated with the proposed residential project will be accounted for under separate application to ensure double allocation for the same anticipated flows are not made.
