Please find attached a Fast Track Sewer Extension Permit application for the subject
project.
The new public sewer will serve a residential project that is anticipated to be built in the
future by Habitat for Humanity. The estimated flow from this project at full buildout will
be 0 GPD. Flows associated with the proposed residential project will be accounted for
under separate application to ensure double allocation for the same anticipated flows are
not made.
The sewer extension covered by this Fast Track Sewer System Extension Permit will be
applied for by Orange Water and Sewer Authority and developed.+constructed by Habitat
for Humanity Orange County.
Please let me know if additional information is needed for review and approval.
