Subject: NOI# NCG100250 - Morrison Body Shop
Isaiah,
I got in an NOI# NCG100250 for Morrison Body Shop, there were blanks, no lat and long for the facility, no SIC, but more
concerning was when I called to talk about why there were no outfalls listed.
I called James Morrison to discuss the blanks. The blanks were due to him not knowing where to get the information.
When I said I could provide links via email such that he could complete his form, he indicated he did not have an email
address, nor was there anyone around that could provide one. I can easily walk him through what the facility Lat and
Long are, and what his SIC code is over the phone. The problem is I'm not sure how to walk James through providing an
outfall location on his NOI, nor give him the information he will need to take samples twice a year to stay compliant with
his NCG100000.
Any thoughts on how you would like to proceed. This site is under an NOV for operating without a NPDES permit.
