Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on August 14,2020. The inspection
was a follow up site visit for a non-compliant inspection on August 5, 2020. Roger Bryan, Mark Biggerstaff, and James
Hutchins were present during the inspection.
Site was mulched and seeded and erosion control measures were being maintained. Sediment was observed in the
tributary near ~ Station Y 479+00 RT. A crew immediately began cleanup and pictures of the removal were submitted
on August 17, 2020. Site is compliant with the 401 Water Quality Certification with additional conditions.
