certain parcels of real property more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated

the Archie McLean land and more fully described as follows:
Said lands now or formerly bounded on the west by Roy Davis line, and on the
north by Carson Canady's line, and on the east and on the south by Bramble's
line and Nimock's line.
Being Lot No. I allotted to Flora McLean (later Memory) , by William J. Buie,
W. G. Biggs and Gilbert Ray, Commissioners, appointed by the Court, in that
Special Proceeding entitled, "William A. McLean, et als, ex-parte", the report
of said Commissioners being duly filed and recorded in Book B of Special
Proceedings at Pages 289, 294 (also see Special Proceeding File No. 697)
in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Cumberland County, North
Carolina, to which reference is hereby made and there described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake near a tar kiln bed, the second corner of a l00 acre

BEGINNING at a stake in the edge of a pond south of a branch; thence north 10
degrees east 31 chains and 63 links to a stake northwest of dwelling, a corner
of Lot No. 1; thence north 80 degrees west •12 chains and 50 links; thence south
70 degrees west 8 chains; thence south 10 degrees west 33 chains; thence north
70 degrees east 8 chains; thence north 10 degrees east 1 chain and 37 links to
a corner of 100 acre survey; thence to the BEGINNING.

Highway #95 that extends in a northeasterly direction near the edge of
Calberry Swamp and almost due South of two railroad overpass bridges on

Fayetteville, North Carolina, and runs thence North 89 degrees 24 minutes
East with M. B. Snyder's line 765 feet to an iron stake; thence South 22
