Greetings -
Staff has reviewed your responses to our letters requesting additional information regarding the UIC
permit applications. Thank you for sending. The only response we would like to have some further
information on is applicable to both the Allen and Marshall plants and concerns the surface water (SW)
monitoring. Our comments/requests follows.
You indicate sampling for PFAS was conducted in 2019. We would like to request the laboratory
analytical results be provided.
In regards for the proposed sampling for SW for the remediation project, we would like to request
a monitoring plan be provided in similar tabular format as the plans for groundwater monitoring.
The SW plan should also include a list of the proposed suite of constituents for PFAS and sampling
frequency.
