Duke Energy has approved us doing a normal application for the work that was already done so that we can leave the rock. The picture is correct, we are just going through the process as requested by Duke. The Division has determined that the application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until the following information is received. 1. The shoreline application requires a photograph of the shoreline showing greater than 3 feet of erosion in order to approve the project. The photograph included in the application shows an already completed rip rap shoreline. Please provide a photo of the active erosion for the proposed Purbrick Lot and provide clarification regarding the submitted photograph (rip rap). [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502 (c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received within 30 calendar days, of receipt of this email, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.
