Your NOI application was rejected based on the impervious area being larger than the acres to be disturbed. Your
application should have been approved, because the post construction impervious area can be larger than the acres
to be disturbed.You do not need to make any changes to your NOI Application. Please resubmit the application using
the pre-populate feature, and it will be approved once it is resubmitted. I apologize for the inconvenience.
