Describe impervious acreage (existing and proposed) versus total acreage on the site. l]iscuss
stormwatcr controls proposed in order to protect surface ~vaters and wetlands downsir~.m from
the property. If percent impervious surface exceed.; 20%, please provide calculations
demonstrating total proposed impervious level. No existi~ impervious area. Proposed (4.25 AC)
imRervious arcs versus total acrcaQc on the site (b4 b2 AC) is 6.5$% impervious coverage.
InCliration trenches will be employed to treat the starrriwater. See narrative for further details.
XII. Sewage Disposal (required by DWQ)
Clearly detail the ultimate treatment methods and disposition (non-discharge or discharge) of
wastewater generated from the proposed project, or available capacity of the subject facility.
Wastewater will be disposed of via force main and gravity sewer line to art existine public
wastewaters stem.

It is the applicant's resp~7nsibilily lc> submit the application sufficiently in advance of desired
a~nstruction dates to allow processing time for these permits. However, an applicant may choose
to fist constraints associated with canstruction or sequencing that may impose limits on work
schedules (e.g., draw-down schedules for lakes, dates associated with Rn<langered and
Threatened Species, accessibility problems, ar other issues outside of the applicant's control).
Canstructian sequencing has been coordinated with NCllUT for imrirovements an SR 1104
River Road. An ex editiaus review would coordinate these efforts.
