Impacts to site surface waters associated with the proposed dam upgrade were limited through location, design & location/orientation of the proposed
area and access routes. The spillway was sloped to mapmum grade to shorten impact length to the stream while maintaining appropriate dam design.

Construction techniques will implement approved erosion control measures to avoid/minimize impacts to onsite/adjacent offsite receiving conveyances.
