I have determined that the delineation map that you provided to me on 2/1/2019 entitled "Figure 4. Stream and
Wetland Delineation Exhibit with Aerial" accurately depicts the limits of any potentially jurisdictional waters of the
United States (WoUS) within the project area.
I will issue the Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination for this project in the order that it was received, but please note
that I have a substantial backlog of permits and JDs to work through at this time and it may take several months.

The Corps issued a JD for this one back in 2009 and your delineation closely resembles the previous delineation. I can
likely just "desktop" this one unless you have an objection to that.
