This letter is a response to your letter sent regarding the violation for high freeboard that you
sent for facility 4 t)-SO in r ..�P _ County.
I have already responded with my 30 day plan of action for the facility. My lagoon level
returned to compliance on 6 a �D . I will continue to monitor water levels in my lagoon and
irrigated as frequently as weather and soil moisture allows.
