Something has come up that will keep me from attending or calling into your scoping meeting next week. That said I
have attached two images one aerial and the second a lidar image (elevation). The lidar image can be interpreted as blue
shades indicate lower in elevations than red shades. The image predicts that in the B-B section, the rail line most likely
crosses jurisdictional wetland features and therefore any realignment of that curve would likely require a USACE permit.
The type of permit could be discussed later once the extent of jurisdictional resources are known and impacts can be
tabulated.
