RE: Missed sample analysis
Dear Ms. Meek,
Pace Analytical picked up Influent, Effluent and Aeration Combination samples for Kings Mountain WWTP on
July 16th for NPDES monitoring and compliance.
Due to an oversight by the Sample Receiving technician, the PC Combination Aeration metals sample bottle
was mis-identified and logged in as the PC Effluent sample. Corrections to the reports have been made and
emailed to you for reporting purposes on your DMR and submittal to NC DEQ.
I apologize for any inconvenience that this error may have caused. I want to assure you we will work diligently
to ensure that all future sampling and analysis requirements are met.
