Hello Suzanne,
As a follow-up to our conversation yesterday, I've had time to think. In this case, since I never did an official revision for
it last time when you made the slight change, I don't need to make this an official revision this time either. As far as the
records are concerned, it's still the original acreage and you've paid for it already. Just a simple reply to this email
stating what you're doing and why and maybe a little vicinity map of the access road and that should be enough for a file
supplement. Since its going to be identical to the original plan set, we don't need another copy.
So in summary, no FRO, no plan set, and no checks required this time. Just shoot me a reply to this email for the record
and you're good to go.

That's fine, but I believe I need to treat this as an official revision since you're adding acreage again. Just send me an
FRO and a cover letter. If its identical to the original plans, we should still have that in house, I'll get back with you on
whether we need just the one modified plan sheet or not.

We have recently re-routed a portion of the project and took out a portion of an access road. The contractor would like
to add that access road back to the LOD. It will bring the area of the LOD back up to the original disturbed area listed in
the application. I have attached a cover letter and plan sheet.
I will also enter this as a modification on the website.
