Dear Mr. Jones:
In July, Piedmont Natural Gas (PNG) relocated a portion of the proposed Line 204 Gas Line Relocation
project. This re-route removed Access road AR-001 and reduced the LOD by 1.0 acres. At this time, AR-
001 is being added to the project again. This addition will add 0.2 acres to the LOD. This revision to the
LOD area will increase it to the original 114 acres that was originally permitted. The enclosed page reflects
the addition of the access road.
