Based on the information Mr. Singleton provided to the Division with the new renewal application, the owner of the
permitted facility is "JLL — Bank of America". The Division can use the renewal application as a new ownership request
and transfer permit ownership from Gateway Village, LLC to JLL — Bank of America, and list Dawn Currie Reeves (who
signed the application) as the owner affiliation. We will also need the following information for the owner affiliation:

Email
If Dawn Currie Reeves should not be listed as the owner affiliation, please provide the correct contact with the above
information so that our database may be updated.
Please confirm the entity that is responsible for oversight of the permit and all permitted activities, and all new contacts
that should be associated with the permit.

I was talking with the owner representative today and the change in ownership happened in april 2020. Prior to that
time, Cousins property owned 51% of the permitted entity and Bank of America owned 49% of the permitted entity. In
april, BOA bought Cousins share of the permitted entity and now owns Charlotte Gateway Village, LLC in its entirety. The
current owner rep explained to me that this does not result in a new ownership, just new contact information. Do you
agree?

Based on this application you submitted, it appears the owner of the facility has changed. As such, the Division requires
a completed Name and Ownership Change form to be submitted, along with all required documentation. This form can
be found on our website at https://deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/water-resources/water-quality-permitting/npdes-
wastewater/npdes-compliance-and-0 under the Reporting Forms section. Please submit all required information to the
address listed on the form. Once the Division determines all information has been received, the permit may be issued
to the new owner.
If additional people should be given signature authority relating to this permit, please fill out the Delegation of Signature
Authority form on our website in the same location listed above. Please let me know if you have any questions
concerning this.
