The site is located within the City of Oxford on NC Highway 96 on Granville County Parcel ID Nos. 1922-0342-3542, 1922-0450-2921 & 1922-0330-8817. The project will be constructed in one phase as shown in the attached construction plans. The 302-lot development consists of 182 three -bedroom single family homes, and 120 four - bedroom single family homes. Utilizing the 15A NCAC 02T wastewater design flow rate of 120 gallons per day per bedroom for residential dwellings, the total wastewater flow generated by this project is expected to be 123,120 gallons per day (GPD). The gravity sewer system consists of 98 proposed manholes (96 — 4' diameter manholes, 1 — 5' diameter and 1 — 6' diameter), 16,110 feet of 8-inch SDR26 PVC and 1,473 feet of 8-inch CL350 DIP (public). Additionally, the sewer system proposes an aerial crossing within the public section, with 40' of 16-inch steel casing pipe_ Additionally, the subdivision development proposes a public sewer lift station that will ultimately be managed/maintained by the City of Oxford. The lift station consists of a single 8' diameter wet well, with duplex solid handling pumps, pump control system with telemetry, on site backup generator, and 2,470' of 8-inch C900 PVC force main. The proposed force main will outlet into an interceptor manhole just south of the wastewater treatment plant_ Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.
