The Applicant may ultimately purchase the Credits, if they are available, following Permit issuance. Should the Applicant purchase the Credits at that time, we will complete and execute the Mitigation Credit Transfer Certificate. We will additionally provide copies of the completed and executed Transfer Form to the Applicant and NC Division of Water Resources.
