On behalf of Hilco Transport Company (Hilco), Highlands Environmental Solutions, Inc. (HES) hereby
submits the enclosed Notice of Intent for NPDES coverage under General Permit NCG080000. Hilco
operates a trucking terminal with a vehicle maintenance component at the subject address, and operates
under SIC Code 4213. This submittal includes the $100 fee, a Site Location Diagram, a Topographic
Location Diagram, and a Site Diagram depicting stormwater structures located at the site.

SIC 42 Motor Freight Transportation and Warehousing(except SIC 4221-4225)
