MAR X 0 Z020 Spindale,NC 28160 CENTRAL FILES DWR SECTION To Whom It May Concern: Due to the 2nd 2019 stormwater analytical results, in which the copper result indicated the second consecutive exceedance of the permitted benchmark, this exceedance triggered a Tier Two response per the stormwater permit and translated to monthly monitoring being required until three consecutive results are below the benchmark values or within the benchmark range. In accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources(NC DENR) stormwater discharge permit, ARM Environmental Services, Inc. collected the second Tier Two stormwater samples at the referenced facility on January 24, 2020 as a result The Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report(SDO), which also shows the analytical results for the outfall is attached. Please contact Tiffany Crosby, Sr. EHS Engineer via phone (910) 865- 6235 or email tiffanv.crosby@wattswater.com with any questions.
