Attached is a signed copy of the Discharge Monitoring Report form for the reporting Period 1 of 2020. Please notice the submitted form has been updated with the additional outfalls for the new landfill cell. During this rain event, there was no flow in storm water outfalls 6-10. As seen in the report, fecal coliform samples did not meet the hold time for samples collected on 3/23/20 due to constraints with COVID-19. So additional samples were requested and taken separately on 4/23/20. SDO-4 was slightly elevated in total suspended solids during this sample period. The parking area up gradient of this outfall still has not been regraded due to weather constraints. This area will be addressed as soon as weather permits. As seen on the results, none of the outfalls sampled were over the benchmark for the fecal coliform parameter, including SDO3, which is currently in Tier 2 monitoring. SDO-3 will continue to be monitored until three consecutive samples are under the fecal coliform bench mark.
