Per the requirements of the Tar Pamlico Riparian Buffer Rule, all stormwater drainage from this site must either V? a. PKereated by a BMP that removes at least 30% of total nitrogen and 30% of total phosphorus, or b. Discharged through a correctly designed level spreader. Level spreader design requirements are set forth in Chapter 8 of the North Carolina Stormwater BMP Manual. Please provide one Level Spreader Supplement Form for each proposed level spreader. The BMP Manual and Supplement Forms are available at: http ?octal ricclcnr.org/weblwgi?vs%sulbmp-manual. Please include the Required Items checklist and all items listed therein 2. Please provide a full-size plan sheet showing the entire site with its storm drainage system, including every inlet, outlet, conveyance device and BMP. Please show how diffuse flow requirements have been met at every proposed outlet location. 3. Please provide documentation of the City of Rocky Mount's approval of the stormwater management plan for this project by providing EITHER: A valid approval letter from the City of Rocky Mount indicating that the proposed activity has an approved SMP and one copy of the approved SMP, including full-sized plan details, calculations and other supporting information, OR b. A set of full-sized stormwater plan details and calculations stamped as "Approved" by the City of Rocky Mount.
