PAYMENT DUE DATE
Dear Mr. Massengill:
On January 27, 2010, the Division of Water Quality received a letter dated January 26, 2010, from you,
regarding an extension to the due date for buffer mitigation payment to Restoration Systems, LLC for the
above-referenced project as required in Condition No. 7 of your Buffer Authorization, issued to you on
December 9, 2009. You have requested that the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-referenced
project be extended to January 26, 2011. The DWQ will hereby grant this request.
This letter only addresses the granting of an extension to the due date for payment to Restoration Systems, LLC for the
above-referenced project as required in Condition No. 7 of your Buffer Authorization and does not authorize any
impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please call Ms. Cyndi Karoly or Mr. Ian McMillan at 919-733-1786
