Ian,
I've put this project in Dorney's hands. I think last week, or maybe the week before I
emailed him and copied you. I've drafted it with regard to the fill which is minor but my
understanding is he needs to include FERC conditions and then put it out to notice. Can you
touch base with him and be sure we have whatever process we need to do to stop the clock
before stat date? thanks.

fax/mail that to you. Please check to see if you have received all projects on this list and
let me know if there are any you have not received. Please NOTE: The projects highlighted
in yellow on the list below which are past the statutory date are included on the list
because I do not have hard copy additional information in the file to move the statutory date
forward or confirmation in BIMS that the project has been issued. Thank you, and drive
