The Letter of Approval attached as part of this resubmittal is a revised Letter of Approval from the City of Charlotte that we received 8/6/2020. The approved plans specified 14.321 acres of disturbed area while the FRO Form and the approval letter specified 14.256 acres, which was an outdated number. The FRO Form and approval letter have been corrected on the morning of 8/6/2020 to address this discrepancy. 8.
