Gibsonville Wastewater Collection System
Dear Mr. Baxley:
On July 1, 2020, Gary Hudson of the Division of Water Resources (Division), Winston-
Salem Regional Office met with Rob Elliott, Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC), to conduct
a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the above referenced Wastewater Collection System.
This inspection consists of (1) a review of the permit and accompanying documentation
to determine compliance with permit conditions, and (2) an on -site inspection of collection
system components. The attached inspection form notes the areas that were evaluated for the
inspection, with notable findings outlined as follows.
Site Inspections
Pump Stations — The Travis Creek Pump Station was inspected, and no issues were
noted.
The inspection was considered satisfactory. If you should have any questions, please do

*Mr. Elliott reviews all logs on a weekly basis.
*The current permit became effective on April 1, 2017 and will expire on March 31, 2025.
*The Town of Gibsonville has an adequate CIP. Some of the rehabilitation projects were underway during the inspection.
*The town has a comprehensive map of the entire collection system.
*Mr. Elliott and his staff keep very good records.
*The Town of Gibsonville has an adequate Spill Response Action Plan that is made available to all personnel.
*The collection system is free of any known points of bypass.
