shall not be considered complete nor allowed to operate until this Engineer's Certification and all

tributary to the wastewater collection system extension prior to completion of this Engineer's
Certification shall be considered a violation of the permit and shall subject the Permittee to
appropriate enforcement actions.

the completion of construction for the Phase 2 — Sanitary Sewers Wastewater
Collection System project. This is a final certification for this portion of the project.
No deviations from the approved plans were constructed.
The work covered by this certification included the construction of 2,423 linear feet
of 8-inch sanitary sewer along Morganton Road (US64, NC18). This section of the
project was designed by URS Corporation — North Carolina as requested by the
Town of Gamewell.
