be conducted. It is assumed that receipt of this certification indicates compliance with all
regulations, design criteria and the permit. Please be reminded that the Permittee is responsible for
keeping a copy of the final record drawings for the life of the project. If you have not received
such copy from your consultant, please contact them immediately to obtain a copy.
Lastly, you are receiving this letter because the Division has you listed as the responsible party. If this
permitted system is no longer owned by you, please complete Form PNOCF-S as this permit is not
automatically transferable. Form PNOCF-S can be downloaded from
http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ndpu/ndpuapps.html#Sewer.
