The project is located on the West side of S. Kerr Ave. approx. o.1 miles North of the intersection of S. Kerr Ave. and Fountain Dr. in Wilmington, NC. We are proposing to serve (13) Two Bedroom & (11) One Bedroom Residential units, a 3,213 s.f. Deli, and offices with a employees/shift. The project will generate a total of 7,32o GPD of wastewater. This flow will be routed to an existing Manhole by means of a private 6" gravity main with (3) 6" services proposed for this site. The Existing Manhole is located within the Varsity Drive Public Right of Way near the proposed entrance to the site. We are proposing to tie to this existing Manhole where the receiving downstream sewer size is a 12" line. The flow will ultimately reach the James A. Loughlin (NSWWTP) treatment plant WWTF Permit No. NCo023965. Stormwater Runoff from this site is routed to UT of Burnt Mill Creek, classification C;Sw, Index# UT to 18-74-63-2.
