Aaron Cooper was helping to resolve the violation which has taken place off of Long
Mill Rd.. The violation consisted of Neuse River Buffer Impacts as well as some
stream impacts. A violation letter was not sent due to the fact that I was trying to
take care of the violation without having to write another one. I was very backed up
at the time and still am now. No response was given by the consultant.
