"This ver.'ttication will rerrtaitt valid until the expiration date identified below unless the skttiunwidc authorization
is todified, suspended or revoked. If, prior to the expiration date idcntihcd below, the nationwide pernut
authorization is reissued and/or mudi#'ted, this verification will remain valid until the expiration date identified
below, provided it complies with all requirements of the modified nationwide permit. if the nationwide pet~nit
authorization expires or is suspended, revoked, or is ntoditied, such that the activity would no longer corttply with
t1.te terms and cotxlitions of the nationwide pern~it, activities which have cununcnced (i.e., are under construction) car
arc under contract to commence in reliance upon the nationwide permit, will remain authuri~ed provided dte activity
is completed within twelve months of the date of the nationwide permit's expiration, modiftcatiur~ ur revocation,
