Subject: Little Ivy Creek Restoration Site Visit, Madison County
Elizabeth,
The Division of Water Resources received the Pre -Construction Notification for the subject project. I'd like to set up a
site visit with you and any other interested regulatory or resource agency. The primary purpose of the site visit would be
to discuss construction sequencing due to the size of the watershed and the amount of in -stream work proposed.
I'm out of the office next week and booked up the following week with the exception of the 17t'. The week of July 20' is
open and the week of the 27t" is open with the exception of the 28'. Please let me know if any of those dates will work
for you.
Brandee and Andrea, please chime in if you are interested in attending as well.
In accordance with 15A NCAC .0502(e), I will place the project on hold until the site visit is conducted.
