Please find attached with this letter the information you requested in your letter dated July 31, 2020.
Below are our responses to your comments:
The disturbance acreage of 10.54 acres was added to page 1 of the application form.
Field 19 was modified to list the Simple Method calculation.
A calculation has been provided for the drawdown time. Field 40 was revised to 2 days.
A revised cover sheet has been provided with updated impervious percentage.
Additional plan sheets have been provided to help clarify the storm drainage system.
A revised existing conditions plan has been provided with a note indicating no existing wetlands
were on the site.
A full size version of Sheet C4.1 has been provided.
See attached final plat which shows Parcel F as a stormwater management area and the 30' wide
access easement to Parcel F.
PDF's have been provided and hard copies are being mailed.
