I had a LOT of issues with this one also...first thing that jumped out-- the maps
they sent. Too small; didn't provide an overall. of the existing conditions/topo; the
site map doesn't have topo. I think they're under the impression that since they're
using vegetated level spreaders (grass berms), it's OK. They didn't send worksheets
or an O&M agreement...At the scale they provided, it's hard to tell (for me) if they
captured all the runoff and have the correct number of level spreaders.
Anyway, after I finished looking at it last night I was pretty disappointed in the
package...
