The City of Mount Holly plans to construct a new pump station and approximately 9,100 linear feet
of force main to serve current and anticipated growth in the South Gateway area. The new pump
station will replace an existing, smaller pump station located adjacent to the project site. The force
main will be constructed from the new pump station site behind the Stowe Family YMCA to the
Mount Holly Wastewater Treatment Plant. There will be no additional flow as a result of this project.

On July 131h we discussed the Sewer Fast Track Permit Application for the City of Mount Holly's project entitled 'South
Gateway Area Pump Station and Force Main'. In our discussion, we concluded that the project could be permitted as a
modification to the existing permit and you requested the City attempt to locate the original permit documents.
Unfortunately the City has been unsuccessful in locating the permit in their files. If the State does not have record of the
permit, we respectfully request our application be considered for a new permit as submitted.
