Good morning,
My name is Jay Flanary and I submitted the paperwork for a name change from Frontier Spinning Mills, Inc. to Frontier
Yarns back in March for our No Exposure Certification.
Our facility is located in Sanford NC.
Permit NCGNE0529

It appears that the permit may have been issued based on the mapping system, however, I never received the hard copy
and or soft copies that are to be maintained on site.
Can you help me with this or direct me to what I need to do to obtain?
