Dear Permittee:

The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Hunter's Glen WWTP on
5/01/2020. This inspection was conducted as a follow up to the 5/20/2019 compliance evaluation inspection
and NOV-2019-PC-0416.

There were four compliance issues in NOV-2019-PC-0416. Two of those have now been resolved. The
manhole that was full of rags has been cleaned and is free flowing again. A copy of the O&M plan for Hunter’s
Glen was found in our files at the Asheville Regional Office, though it’s more important that A&D Water Service
have the O&M plan available at their office. A map of the collection system and verification that grease
education materials have been distributed in the last six months are yet to be produced. Until these two items
are provided the NOV will remain in effect.
