Inspection Summary:
On 5/1/2020 I (Daniel Boss) conducted a follow up inspection of the Hunter's Glen Collection System. The manholes that
were backed up and full of rags during the previous inspection have been cleaned out and are now free flowing.
The permittee is still yet to find/produce a collection system map and proof of grease education materials mailed. Until
those items are provided, NOV-2019-PC-0416 is still in effect.
