During my last inspection, we thought we had located a source of I&I into the collection system at a property located on Round Robin Lane Vista Falls Rd. Mr. Deaver said that he had followed up on that investigation and inspected the line, but no source of I&I was found. Mr. Deaver told me that he has been making lots of visits to the High Vista Falls subdivision to inspect the manholes during both wet and dry weather. The only potential source of I&I that he has found recently is a line from the High Vista clubhouse. During a rain event Mr. Deaver said the 6 inch line from the clubhouse was flowing at least half full, and there were only 3 cars in the clubhouse parking lot. During this inspection we again inspected these lines and there was no flow at all. There was no rain the day of this inspection. This may be indicating that the clubhouse is a source of inflow into the collection system, but more investigation needs to be done by A&D Water Service to verify. We encountered at least 5 buried manholes on our walks through the previously suspected I&I section at Round Robin Lane and Vista Falls Rd, and the line up to the clubhouse. All manholes in the collection system need to be uncovered and accessible. A&D Water Service should contact the HOA and residents to inform them that burying manholes is not an acceptable practice.
